Tŷ Cerdd is recruiting a part-time, permanent Artist Development Manager to join their small-but-dynamic staff team.

The post-holder will drive the development of their CoDI artist development programme, overseeing its delivery in collaboration with team members, artists and partners. They will be planning activity and workflow with partners and artists, agree technical specifics with team members, frame artist calls and create comms copy.

It promises to be an exciting and engaging role which will give the post-holder the opportunity to connect directly with artists and to shape the work of our organisation, playing an active role in the broader Welsh music sector.
