Job description:
The Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama wishes to appoint an experienced and versatile Executive Officer to provide professional and high-level assistance to the College’s Principal through a critical period of strategic development. The successful candidate will provide responsive, and stakeholder-focused support, in addition to being an initial point of contact for VIPs and the College Board. In addition, they will support the business of the Senior Management Team’s collaborative work, including delivery of projects and strategic initiatives, and working closely with Administration Managers and business support functions.
The Executive Officer provides professional and high-level assistance to the College’s Principal and acts as Secretary of Senior Management Team meetings. Effective communication skills and attention to accuracy are required, and experience of maintaining constructive relationships with a broad range of internal and
external stakeholders.
