You will see how much we have developed our ideas dincevthe initial workshop....If you came to the dinner at Bwyd da Bangor in June, imagine something similar but happening all over pontio with an exhibition of our work.

Come and SOUND YOUR VOICE - BE HEARD - RE-CONNECT - RECOVER!… 

Have some fun and be challenged by our ideas for supporting improved mental health through a smorgasbord of creative arts as part of a social prescribing programme!
